You can still obtain the application, but only after you've logged on the Rolanddga website where the software is hosted. If you don't have an account, you can create one following the link on the same page.
The application allows you to import clip arts in different formats. However, only a few formats are supported: BMP, JPG, STX, AI and EPS file formats are all supported. As you can see, you need to have one of this format and then you should have the possibility to load the clip art to the application via the function available within the software.
